HELMUT NEWTON: In Focus Visitors Survey Giveaway

Instructions, prizes and information on how to enter form part of these Terms and Conditions. By entering, entrants accept these Terms and Conditions.

The Promoter is The Jewish Museum of Australia, 26 Alma Road, St Kilda, Victoria, 3182, ABN 21 005 574 210.

The promotional period begins at 12.01am AEDT on 28 March, 2023 and concludes at 5.00pm AEDT on 04 April, 2023 (“Promotional Period”).

Entry is open to Australian residents. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and third parties associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.

To be eligible to enter, individuals must, during the Promotion Period, complete the HELMUT NEWTON: In Focus Visitor Survey and fill out the About You section.

The winner of the Promotion shall be chosen randomly. The Promotion is a game of chance.

The judging will take place at 9:30am AEDT on Wednesday 05 April, 2023 at 26 Alma Road, St Kilda, Victoria, 3182. The winner will be notified by email. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The prize consists of 1x HELMUT NEWTON: In Focus poster of the winner’s choice of the two available variations (RRP: $14.95).

Total prize pool is valued at up to AUD$14.95. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

If the prize (or part of the prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.

All personal information provided through the survey will be stored securely by the Jewish Museum of Australia in accordance with our Data Collection and Privacy policies, for the period required. In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency, disaster or any other circumstance beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right to either provide an alternative prize to the same value as the original prize or, subject to any applicable laws or written directions made under applicable legislation, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.
