Children's Space

The Jewish Museum of Australia: Gandel Centre of Judaica are delighted to announce that with our newly refurbished Museum come The Children’s Space, a space for our youngest visitors to play, learn and connect with Jewish art, culture, history and traditions. The Children’s Space is activated with exhibitions that change throughout the year, prompted by the JMA’s diverse calendar of major shows.

This space also hosts programs and other children focused activities, educating and inspiring a new generation of culture lovers.

At the Jewish Museum of Australia: Gandel Centre of Judaica, we illuminate Jewish life. We do this knowingly and respectfully acknowledging the first storytellers and their diverse Indigenous cultures across what is now called Australia. At the Jewish Museum we tell our stories on the lands of the Bunurong peoples and pay our respect to the local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, their Elders, past and present.
