Explore over 200 years of Australian Jewish history and culture with a guided tour of the Museum’s galleries: the Timeline of Jewish History and Calling Australia Home. Led by an expert guide, journey through the waves of migration, challenges and achievements that have shaped Jewish life in Australia since the arrival of the First Fleet.
From Esther Abrahams, the Jewish ‘first lady’ of New South Wales, to Charles Dicken’s villainous Fagin, General Sir John Monash and his connection to Ned Kelly, and the resilient Dunera boys, discover the myriad stories of Jewish Australia.
