The Museum is a privileged recipient of a section of a Torah we are permitted to use for teaching purposes.
This program provides students with the opportunity to get very close to the special scroll which is at the heart of our religion.
Students can look at it under a magnifying glass, and hold the quill and sinews that are needed to write the Torah and join the sections. They also learn some wonderful facts about the Torah.
This short 20-minute program is part of a general Museum visit, and is suitable for Years 2–3.
