The promotional period begins at 12.01am AEDT on Friday 10 March, 2023 and concludes at 5.00pm AEDT on Tuesday 21 March, 2023 (“Promotional Period”).
Entry is open to Australian residents. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and third parties associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
To be eligible to enter, individuals must, during the Promotion Period, sign-up to a minimum of 1 Multicultural Museums Victoria newsletter. Each sign-up to a Multicultural Museums Victoria newsletter will be counted as another entry into the draw. There are a maximum of 6 possible entries per person.
The winner of the Promotion shall be chosen randomly. The Promotion is a game of chance.
The judging will take place at 10am AEDT on Wednesday 22 March, 2023 at 26 Alma Road, St Kilda, Victoria, 3182. The winner will be notified by email. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The prize consists of 1x Chinese Museum Membership (Value: $45), 1x Hellenic Museum Membership (Value: $60), 1x Islamic Museum Membership (Value: $55), 1x Jewish Museum Membership (Value: $75), 1x 1 Term Italian language course for adults (Value: $289).
Total prize pool is valued at up to AUD$524.00. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
If the prize (or part of the prize) is unavailable, the Promoters, in their discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
All personal information provided through the giveaway will be stored securely by the Jewish Museum of Australia, The Museum of Chinese Australian History, The Hellenic Museum, The Islamic Museum of Australia, CO.AS.IT Italian Assistance Association and Multicultural Museums Victoria in accordance with our Data Collection and Privacy policies, for the period required. In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency, disaster or any other circumstance beyond the control of the Promoters, the Promoters reserves the right to either provide an alternative prize to the same value as the original prize or, subject to any applicable laws or written directions made under applicable legislation, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.
