The Jewish Museum of Australia and the Harold Grinspoon Foundation (USA), presented this exhibition of graphic designed posters, which interpret the ideas of Jewish luminaries throughout history. Drawing on concepts of environmental health, communal belonging, identity and positive existence, the exhibition considered which ideas remain relevant and poignant in contemporary times. Local artist Elizabeth Pedler’s bold and bright work was also on display, mirroring the visual expression of ideas by utilizing symbols to represent their continuous adaptability and organic nature.
