Night at the Museum: She'ela Pop-up
Calm your mind and connect with community at our late night opening for 1001 Lights.
Tune in and out as women from the She’ela Festival bring our exhibition exploring Shabbat to life.
Featuring a Havdalah ceremony, sound shower and wellness workshop, this evening of ritual will leave you restored ahead of the new week.
8pm: Havdalah ceremony.
8.10pm: Introduction by She’ela Festival founder Naomi Rubinstein.
8.20-9pm: Session One – sound shower or wellness workshop with social entrepreneur & Wellschool founder Eva Migdal.
9.20-10pm: Session Two – sound shower or wellness workshop with social entrepreneur & Wellschool founder Eva Migdal.
Participants are encouraged to bring a pillow and yoga mat.
Night at the Museum: She’ela Pop-up is presented by the Jewish Museum of Australia and the She’ela Festival.
The bi-annual She’ela Festival encompasses exhibitions, performances, talks and workshops by women who’ve made their mark in Melbourne’s Jewish community and beyond. It exists to encourage women to question – themselves, their lives and communities.
