Boutique Magnifique: Memories of Fashionable Collins Street

19 June 2024
Wednesday 10am–12.30pm
Melbourne CBD

Walk, talk and shmooze with this brand-new walking tour presented by the incomparable writer, filmmaker and iconic Melbourne personality Lesley Sharon Rosenthal and the Jewish Museum of Australia.

This walk brings the bygone days of Melbourne fashion, elegance and style to life. Collins Street was once our city’s premiere fashion thoroughfare, where people came to shop, socialise and be seen.

In keeping with a trip to town, you are invited to meet with Lesley and shmooze over coffee and cake before the walk. Come dressed in your favourite frock or dress in something fabulously vintage and pay homage to the days of elegance gone by.

Your ticket includes coffee and cake at Brunetti Oro on Flinders Lane, as well as the fascinating guided tour (not to mention the stories) delivered by Lesley.

Meeting place will be sent with your tickets.
