Zvi Civins
7 week course (May 6, 13, 20, 27, June 3, 17, 24)

This course will provide a simple but effective framework to examine and understand the history, conflicts, challenges and possibilities for Israel and its neighbours. ‘The ABCs’ of Israel and the Middle East will present the key people, decisions, events and more which have led to the creation of the State of Israel, as well as those which have led to the challenges and conflicts the world has seen all too often in recent years. We will also discuss important events occurring in the Middle East now, in light of the history the course will present.
